Volta, the latest production from the Cirque Du Soleil performance group is an adrenaline-pumping infusion of parkour, extreme sports and aerial acrobatics. Set in an alternative universe we travel with the main character through a journey of self-discovery. He travels from the mundane to the sublime throughout a progression of visceral landscapes. The typographical treatment and art direction reflects those abstract ideas to evoke time, space and energy.
